Pay Solutions acts as a billing agent for THE BUSINESS (THE BUSINESS meaning the organisation whose services you are paying)

Refund Policy/Consumer Policy
Any disputes arising from payments made using Pay Way should be in the first instance directed to the participating BUSINESS, or other nominated party as instructed by THE BUSINESS.

Should a customer first contact Pay Solutions, Pay Solutions will direct all customers of THE BUSINESS to contact THE BUSINESS directly on the nominated email or contact points as advised by THE BUSINESS.

If no resolution is forthcoming you are advised to contact your financial institution.

Transaction Currency
All transactions will occur in Australian Dollars ($AUD).

When making payments through Pay Solutions Pty Ltd your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. 128 bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break, and is the industry standard.
