Pay Solutions requires 24hrs notice for cancellations, suspensions, and variations. However we understand it is not always possible to provide 24hrs notice, so we generally accept amendments and new clients before 9.30 on the day of your debit.

Variations, cancellations or suspensions are accepted via email, facsimilie or post

Funds are deposited into your bank account 4 working days after your debit date.

Reports distributed on the same day funds are deposited into your account.
